1. Acceptance
By accessing or using LiquidityDesk ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Nature of the Platform
LiquidityDesk is a fixed-income research and analysis tool. It provides bond screening, portfolio modelling, yield analytics, and AI-generated commentary to support investment research. It is not a brokerage, exchange, or regulated financial service, and does not hold any licence to provide financial advice.
3. No Financial Advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any security, or a recommendation to take any particular investment action. All content — including AI-generated analysis, scores, valuations, and commentary — is for informational and research purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should seek independent professional advice before acting on any information presented here.
4. Data and AI-Generated Content
Bond data is sourced from publicly available ETF holdings files (BlackRock USIG, HYG, ICSH, CEMB, GOVT, IGOV), yield curve data from the US Treasury Department, and FX rates from Yahoo Finance. AI analysis is generated in real time by third-party large language models (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude). The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or AI output, and all such content may contain errors or omissions.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or commercialise any content, data, scoring methodologies, or analysis generated by the Platform without prior written consent. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of any API keys or credentials you configure.
6. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude APIs. Your use of AI-powered features is subject to the terms and policies of those providers. The Platform is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, design, scoring methodologies (including the LD Score and clustering engine), and documentation are proprietary to the Platform operator. Third-party data and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform operator accepts no liability for any financial loss, trading loss, data loss, or consequential or indirect damage arising from use of or reliance on the Platform or any of its outputs.
9. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
